The Cook Cemetery is located on the Natural Turnpike Road in Ripton.  Take Route 125 to Ripton (from the west – Routes 7 & 125 intersect in East Middlebury – Ripton is approximately four miles to the East) (from the east Routes 100 & 125 intersect in Handcock – Ripton is approximately eight miles west of Hancock).  Once in Ripton take the Natural Turnpike Road .  Heading east it is a left hand turn just past the bridge.  The Natural Turnpike Road immediately bears left.  Drive 1.5 miles and the Cook Cemetery is on the right.  The gate is always open as not too many folks are dying to get in.
